Dear resident We are receiving an increase in reports of nuisance off road bikes in the Donnington, Trench and Wrockwardine Wood areas. Please remember: 🔹 Unregistered off road bikes are illegal on public roads and can be seized by police. 🔹 If off road bikes are used in a way that causes Anti Social Behaviour on private land, riders may receive a Section 59 warning. 🔹 If a rider has already received a Section 59 warning, the bike can be seized. ✅ If you see nuisance off road bikes, please try to note and pass on as much detail as possible to police, including: • Description of the bike (colour, make, size, decals). • Description of the rider(s) (clothing, helmets, distinctive features). • Time and location seen. • Direction of travel.
This information is extremely valuable and helps officers build a clearer picture to support ongoing investigations and enforcement action.
